| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sandesh Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2008, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. The Company had adopted the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit
and Loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 together with Directors'
Report and the Auditors' Report thereon and declared @ 30% on Equity Shares of the
Company i.e. Rs 3.00 per equity share.
2. The Company also passed all other Businesses mentioned in the Notice of 65th Annual General Meeting. |
