| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/10/2015 14:18:32 | | Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Employee Stock Option Scheme-2012 of the Company 2,42,772 stock options (including 1,39,852 stock options lapsed due to resignation / retirement of three employees during the year) became un-exercisable on the 3rd anniversary of the grant, as per the terms and conditions of vesting. Accordingly the un-exercisable options as aforesaid have been brought back to the Stock Options pool and shall become available for future grants, subject to compliance with all Applicable Laws. |
