The company replied stating "Glenmark confirms that it has reached an agreement with Roche/OSI regarding ongoing patent disputes relating to the anti-cancer medicine - Erlotinib Hydrochloride. As part of the agreement, the companies have ceased all relevant patent litigation on this product. The settlement is a part of normal course of our business and it will have no material impact on the company." |
