| Exchange Received Time 07/11/2017 13:31:47 Exchange Disseminated Time 07/11/2017 13:31:54 Time Taken 00:00:07 | With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today at 11.35 a.m. and concluded at 1.15 p.m., approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results with Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results accompanied with the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company is attached herewith.
Further to our submission of letter dated March 31, 2017, whereby it was informed that upon receipt of request from Henkel AG, the Board of Directors of the Company had agreed to extend the period for exercise of option upto October 31, 2017, we wish to inform you that the Board at its meeting held today noted that Henkel AG has not exercised the option available to them pursuant to the Option Agreement dated May 5, 2011 extended upto October 31, 2017 and accordingly the said option has lapsed.
Also attached is the Press Release by the Company in respect of its performance during the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017.
