| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the certified copy of order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay ("Court Order") approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Glenmark Generics Limited and Glenmark Access Limited with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited are being filed by the respective Companies with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra ("ROC") on April 10, 2015. With the filing of the Court Order with the ROC, Glenmark Generics Limited and Glenmark Access Limited would stand dissolved without being wound up and the Scheme would become effective as on April 10, 2015. |
