| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 29 , 2012, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the issue and allotment of 14,40,92,219 Optionally Fully convertible Debentures (OFCDS) of Rs.3.47 each aggregating to Rs.50.00 Crore on a private placement basis to M/s V&A Ventures LLP. Each OFCD are convertible into one equity share of Re.1/- each at a premium of Rs. 2.47 per equity share, a price determined as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) (Amendment) Regulation, 2009. |
