"As informed by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited (together, the “Stock Exchanges”), that due to sudden change in bank holiday for Muharram from November 14, 2013 to November 15, 2013, the Stock Exchanges are not conducting settlements on November 14, 2013 and November 15, 2013.
In view of above, the benpos date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders and beneficial owners of the Equity Shares for the Buyback as well as for the payment of the interim dividend for the financial year 2013-2014 has been revised to November 18, 2013." |
