This is with reference to the submission of the Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that the Company has adopted Ind-AS for the first time from the current financial year 2017-18.
The Company as permitted by the SEBI vide its Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016 would submit the Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 to the Stock Exchanges within the extended time i.e. on or before 14th December, 2017.
The date of the Board Meeting for approval of Financial Results will be intimated to you in due course.
