| Exchange Disseminated Time | Igarashi Motors India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Hemant Madhusudan Nerurkar and Mr. S. Radhakrishnan as Additional Directors, Non-Executive and Independent Directors of the Company with effect from June 23, 2014 in compliance the Listing Agreement and relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company, at the same meeting, have accepted the resignation of Mr. Srinivasan Ravindran, Director of the Company with effect from June 23, 2014 due to his personal and professional commitments. |
