    Please note that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), the Company shall submit quarterly/year-to-date Standalone financial results for the financial year 2017-18 and therefore opts not to additionally submit quarterly/year-to-date consolidated financial results for the financial year 2017-18.
    Further, please note that for the financial year ending 31st March, 2018, the Company shall submit its financial results in such manner as is prescribed under Regulation 33(3)(d) of Listing Regulations.
