| Exchange Disseminated Time | TGB Banquets and Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading [framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992], the Trading Window for dealing/ trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors and designated personnel from February 05, 2014 to February 11, 2015 (both days inclusive).
The Trading window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 to the stock exchange. |
