1. Mr. Rajiv Goel has been re-appointed as Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company for the period from December 01, 2015 to September 30, 2016. Mr. Rajiv Goel is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary having more than 35 years of Industrial experience.
2. Mr. Jaikishan Pahlani has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Mr. Jaikishan Pahlani is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has experience of more than 20 years with various reputed listed and public limited companies.
3. Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations, the Board has authorized Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), severally to determine and disseminate the materiality of an event or information to the Stock Exchanges. |
