1. Appointment of Mrs. Pragnaben Prabhulal Joshi, as Additional Non - Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. October 04, 2016 upto the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
2. Mr. Shaukat S. Tharadra, the present Chairman & Managing Director of the Company have stepped down from the position of the Managing Director w.e.f. October 04, 2016. Further, Mr. Shaukat S. Tharadra will continue to be the Chairman and Director of the Company.
3. Mr. Rashid I. Tharadra, have been appointed as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 04, 2016. |
