ESOP. - 2014" has today made allotment of 496500 (Four Lac Ninety Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) equity shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 6.64/- per share to the employees of the Company consequent upon exercise of stock options.
The issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company is therefore now increased to Rs. 393,889,200 comprising of 393889200 equity shares of Re. 1/- each. |
