| Exchange Disseminated Time | | ICRA Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 02, 2015 have reappointed Mr. Naresh Takkar as Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a period of five years commencing from July 02, 2015 and valid till July 01, 2020, and also extended the tenure of Mr. Takkar as CEO of ICRA Group for a period of five years commencing from the date of appointment i.e. January 30, 2015 and valid till January 29, 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
