Ltd. another promoter group Company, which may please be noted.
In view of the above, The Thirumbadi Rubber Co. Ltd. now holds 18,37,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid-up, being 6.264% of the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company. |
