| Exchange Disseminated Time | Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Compensation Committee in its meeting held on July 30, 2013 has allotted 16,730 Options to its existing employees pursuant to Bonus Issue declared by the Company in its Board Meeting held on May 13, 2013 and approved by members in its Extra Ordinary General Meeting on June 29, 2013, on same terms and conditions as mentioned below:-
The vesting Period for conversion of such options commences as fellows:-
- On completion of 12 months from the date of grant of options - 100%
- Exercise Price of all the options (Existing & New Options) is Rs. 25 each
- The exercise period commences from the date of grant of an options and expires at the end of three months from the date of such vesting.
All the terms & conditions remain are same in terms of Poly Medicure Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011 (ESOS 2011)". |
