This is further to our letters dated June 16, 2017 and June 21, 2017 vide which the Company had informed about issuance of bonus shares, seeking approval of Members through postal ballot.
In this connection and in terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has fixed Wednesday, August 2, 2017 as record date in order to determine the eligible shareholders to receive bonus shares, subject to the approval of the shareholders by postal ballot, the results of which will be announced on or before Tuesday, July 25, 2017. The Members whose names will be appear in the Register of Members of the Company and/or Register of beneficial owners maintain by the Depositories at the close of business hours on August 2, 2017 will be entitled to receive the Bonus Shares.
