| Exchange Disseminated Time | HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2015.
The Board shall also approve the Text of Un-audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2015.
As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of HB Stockholdings Limited (the Company) shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company and their relatives from July 27, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Board Meeting on 12th August, 2015 for declaration of Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015. |
