We write further to our letter dated October 17th, 2017, wherein we have informed about the date of Board Meeting of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited ('the Company') to be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the registered office of the Company to consider, inter alia, the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2017.
In this connection, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Policy adopted by the Company, the trading window for purchase or sale of the Company's Shares by Directors/ Officers/ designated persons will remain closed from November 01st, 2017 and will end 48 hours after the results are made available to General Public.
The Communication in this regard had already been circulated to all the Directors/ Officers/ designated persons of the Company.
