Accordingly, kindly note that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, the 23rd September, 2017 to Friday, the 29th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 29, 2017.
