| Exchange Disseminated Time | PTC India Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the requisition under Section 188 of the Companies Act, 1956, requiring circulation of resolution to the members of the Company for seeking their approval in the 7th AGM to be held on August 19, 2013, was received from PTC India Ltd. Promoter, who is a majority shareholder in the Company holding 60% of the capital of the Company wherein PTC India Ltd. proposed the re-appointment of Dr. Ashok Haldia as Whole-Time Director of the Company. PFS Board has also approved the proposal for re-appointment of Dr. Ashok Haldia in its meeting held on August 01, 2013.
In this regard, the Company has submitted a copy of Notice to the members of the in terms of Section 188 of the Companies Act, 1956. |
