Further, in compliance with the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company by designated persons, as defined in the Code, shall be closed from October 29, 2015 to November 09, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
