| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, has taken the following decisions:
1. Appointed Shri Chandra Kant Bhartia as an Additional Director (Category - Independent) of the Company with effect from August 12, 2014.
2. Recommended the appointment of Shri Amit Kumar Majumdar, Shri Shailendra Kumar Tamotia and Shri Chandra Kant Bhartia as Independent Directors of the Company to hold office from the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) till March 31, 2019;
3. Appointed Ms. Priti Todi of M/s. P. S. & Associates as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-voting process to be conducted w.r.t. the ensuing AGM of the Company. |
