| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 09, 2012, has approved modification in the draft scheme of Amalgamation by excluding the proposed Amalgamation of Bajaj Aviation Private Limited with the Company from the scope of the scheme of Amalgamation as approved earlier at its meeting held on March 13, 2012.
Accordingly, only Bajaj Eco-Tec Products Limited (a Wholly Owned Subsidiary) is now proposed to be merged with the Company in the terms of the amended scheme of amalgamation as approved by the board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 09, 2012. |
