Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from the start of business hours October 30, 2016 till November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 on November 10, 2016.
Further, the "Trading Window" shall reopen for dealing in the equity shares of the Company from the start of business hours on November 13, 2016. |
