1. To consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
2. To call 32th Annual General Meeting of the Company and decide the time, date and venue of the meeting.
3. To consider and approve Notice of 32th Annual General Meeting, Director's Report for the year ending March 31, 2016.
4. To fix the date of Book Closure of the Company.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from August 03, 2016 to August 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
