| Exchange Disseminated Time | Marksans Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on September 25, 2014.
Dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after October 06, 2014.
The Company is providing e-voting facility to its shareholders, in respect of all shareholders' resolutions, to be passed at the Annual General Meeting. The e-voting period will start on September 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. and will end on September 20, 2014 at 06:00 p.m. |
