4. Approved the appointment of Ms. Sumathy Ravichandran as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 06, 2016.
5. Approved the appointment of Mr. L R Muralikrishnan as the Manager of the Company for a period of three years effective from May 06, 2016 to May 05, 2019.
