| Exchange Disseminated Time | Olympic Oil Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 22, 2012, have allotted 21,40,500 Equity share of Rs 10/- each, as fully paid up Bonus shares, to the equity shareholder of the company whose name appears in the Register of member as on November 20, 2012 (being the Record date) in the proportion of 3:1 i.e. 3 (Three) New Equity shares of Rs. 10/-each of every 1 (One) excising Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each
This is in pursuance of the approval accorded by the shareholder of the Company in their Extra- Ordinary General Meeting held on November 03, 2012. |
