| Exchange Disseminated Time | PNB Gilts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 03, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2015.
Further, the Trading Window, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, will be closed from January 21, 2016 till February 05, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement / declaration of such results by the Company. |
