| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/10/2015 14:15:27 | Fiberweb India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and other Employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of October 23, 2015 to the closure of business hours of November 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. |
