Majesco Ltd has informed BSE that as there was typographical error in earlier submitted letter dated December 30, 2016 for allotment of share, hence the Company is submitting revised letter of allotment of 18,871 shares under ESOP.

The Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee allotted 18,871 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) on December 30, 2016, to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. The said shares will rank pari- passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,33,32,248 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 11,66,61,240//-.
