Further, As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from July 27, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015. |
