Further, as per the provisions of the Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code with effect from October 09, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2016 to the public (both days inclusive). |
