1. Mr. Nirmal Vaid has been appointed as an Additional Directors and Whole-Time Director of the Company, subject to the ratification of the Shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Mr. Vimal Kumar Srivastava has resigned from the Non-Executive Non - Independent Director of the Company.
3. Mrs. Arti Bhatia has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
