| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kriti Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on September 09, 2006 has allotted 1325000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 25/- inclusive of premium of Rs 15/- per share in accordance with SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 on preferential issues by private placement under 'promoters category' to meet fund requirements for the expansion of the existing engineering plastics operations of the Company and also for growing Working Capital needs to the following Promoter group Companies.
