The Board of Directors of the Fineotex Chemical Ltd ("Target Company") have confirmed via board resolution dated January 27, 2017 about the early closure of buyback of equity shares of our company, after the closing of the trading hours on January 31, 2017 as the Company has bought back 9,98,110 equity shares (excluding Transaction Costs) which represents 73.22% of the Maximum Buy-back Size and achieved the minimum buyback size as well. |
