| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter / Half Year ended September 30, 2014.
The "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from November 03, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Accordingly, during the said periods, the Directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members etc. are directed not to deal in the Company’s shares. |
