Taken on record the Certificate of Incorporation received from Registrar of Companies, Chennai pursuant to Change of Name and Notice received from BSE Limited for the Change in Name of the Company to "Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Limited" from the existing name, "Hydro S & S Industries Limited" and change in Scrip ID as KINGFA.
2. Approved and Adopted the new Common Seal with the new name. |
