1. The Board has decided to hold the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended June 30, 2013 in the month of December 2013.
2. The Company has re-appointed M/s. Rakesh K Singh & Co., Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditor of the Company for the further period of one year.
3. The Board has considered and in Principal decided to set up new office(s) of the Company in U.S.A/Singapore. |
