| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2010, inter alia, has transacted the following business:
1. Considered the insertion, of new object clause in addition to the existing main object of the Company to authorize the Company to undertake realty business activities by taking the approval of the members through Postal Ballot as prescribed under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. Approved the calendar of events for postal ballot.
3. Appointed Mr. Hemanshu Kapadia as the Scrutinizer for conduct of Postal Ballot in a fair and transparent manner and submission of the Report.
4. Approved the draft notice of postal ballot under section 192A of the Companies Act,
