MM Rubber Company Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is being convened on July 31, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.

In view of the above the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors and designated employees of the company will remain closed from July 18, 2017 to August 03, 2017 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015.
