| Exchange Disseminated Time | Birla Ericsson Optical Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2009, has effected following changes in the Company's Directorate:
1. Mr. Janne Sjoden, who was occupying the position as a Director has resigned from the Board of Director of the Company with effect from July 30, 2009.
2. Mr. S K Daga, Alternate Director to Mr. Janne Sjoden has vacated the office with effect from July 30, 2009 consequent upon resignation of Mr. Janne Sjoden from the Board of Directors of the Company.
3. Mr. Arun Kishore and Mr. Mats O Hansson have been appointed as Director(s) on the Board of the Company with effect from July 30, 2009. |
