1. The Board noted the resignation of Ms. Simi Sen. Company Secretary effective from May 31, 2016 and appointed Ms. Puja Choudhary as the Company Secretary of the Company effective from June 01, 2016.
2. Reviewed and adopted the Internal Code of Practices and Procedures for Prohibition of Insider trading pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
