| Exchange Disseminated Time | | NESCO Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2010, has recommend that a sum of Rs. 70,459,960 be capitalized out of general reserve and set free for distribution amongst the equity shareholders by issue of 70,45,996 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of credited as fully paid to the equity shareholders in the proportion of one equity share for every one equity share held by them on the record date to be decided by the Board and that such new shares, as and when issued and fully paid, shall rank pari passu with the existing shares. |
