| Exchange Disseminated Time | Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 21, 2012, inter alia, had considered and approved the following business transactions:
1. To sub-divide (split) the Equity shares of the Company such that, each existing Equity Share of nominal value of Rs. 10/-each be sub-divided into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of nominal value of Re. 1/-each.
2. The Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on December 21, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Bipin Chandra Pal Memorial Trust, A-81, Chittranjan Park, New Delhi -110019, to transact the business as set out in the notice to the EGM. |
