Essel Propack Ltd has informed BSE that Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement of Whitehills Advisory Services Private Limited (Transferor Company) with Essel Propack Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders (‘Scheme’) on September 01, 2016.

The Company is awaiting the receipt of the certified copy of the order from the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay. The Scheme will come into effect upon filling certified true copy of order with the Registrar of Companies at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
