"Mrs. Rama Rajagopal is appointed as "Executive Director" in Indian Terrain Fashions Limited with effect from October 01, 2010 and hence she will be non-executive director in the company.
We are elevating Mr. Charath Narsimhan, CEO of Indian Terrain Mid entrusting him with group responsibilities, We are promoting some of our young management team members to take up leadership role over the next 18 months.
Mr. Surya Narayanan is moving into the role of Group Financial Advisor from October 01, 2010. He has resigned from the Directorship of the company with effect from September 30, 2010, He will guide the new management team and mentor them in their taking up higher operational responsibilities.
Mr. P.S. Raman has resigned from the position of "independent director on September 30, 2010 consequent to his appointment as independent director in Indian Terrain Fashions Limited." |
