1. Change in Designation:
Mr. R. Sundararajan, who is the Independent Director in the Board of the Company is being re-designated as Non- Executive and Non- Independent Director with immediate effect, since he has become an advisor in one of our promoter companies M/s. SVL Limited.
2. Slump sale of Wind Assets by wholly owned subsidiary of the Company
M/s. Bharath Wind Farm Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is selling its Wind Assets situated in Tamil Nadu by way of Slump Sale to its subsidiary M/s. Clarion Wind Farm Private Limited (a Step-down Subsidiary of the Company) for a value not exceeding Rs. 20 Crores. |
